Get to know about Ahnsolutions

• What access do I have on the free plan?

  If you would like to demo Ahnsolutions, go to Contact and fill out the submission form. You will be asked for some basic information. When we receive your submission for the demo request, we will activate your free trial, and you will be notified via email.

• How often do you back up the data in your system?

  Data is backed up in real time, followed by daily backup off site, weekly backup to the Ahnsol head office and annual backup that is kept

• Who sets up the information (employees, clients, projects, tasks, and divisions)?

  Person(s) designated as your company's administrator(s) or manager(s) enters that information.

• How does the location-based clock in restriction work?

  The distance you set creates a radius around a schedule or job site’s address. It uses the GPS signal on employees’ phones to determine where they are located when they try to clock in and out. If an employee is outside the radius, they are prevented from clocking in and out automatically when they are at or leave the scheduled location.

• Where are the Ahnsolutions servers and who hosts them?

  Ahnsolutions uses SiteGround for hosting our webservers and the data is hosted in Sydney.
