This represents the Ahnsolution’s Terms and Conditions in its entirety and supersedes any other written or oral policy. This policy defines the terms and conditions all Users agree to when using all services provided by Ahnsolution. Ahnsolution reserves the exclusive right to revise, change or amend any portion of these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our web site at any time, without advance notice to Users

By using the Ahnsolution web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and also to the provisions of our Privacy Statement


The information on this web site is provided in good faith and Ahnsolution believes it to be accurate. Ahnsolution is not liable to you or anyone else for any loss of income, profit, business contracts or goodwill or any indirect or financial loss suffered whether arising in contract, negligence or otherwise arising in connection with use of this web site.

To the extent permitted by law, Ahnsolution's liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is limited to the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having services supplied again.


This web site is the copyright property of Ahnsolution. You may download, display, print and reproduce this material in unaltered form only (retaining this notice) for your personal, non-commercial use. Apart from any use as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968, you may not, in any form or by any means:

Provision of Service

Ahnsolution provides our Customers through a compatible mobile device, to our Internet based timesheet service which will permit the processing, retrieval, and transmission of transaction data submitted by the Customer pursuant to these Terms of Service.

Ahnsolution may change the features and functionality of this service from time to time, notice of which will be posted on our web site which Customers should review periodically

It is the Customers responsibility to ensure its own compliance with this Agreement, including without limitation the compliance of its employees, officers, agents, and any third party invited to participate in the Service

Ahnsolution makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express, statutory or implied as to:

  • the availability of telecommunication services from your provider and access to the services at any time or from any location;
  • any disclosure of information to third parties or failure to transmit any data, communications or settings connected with the services.

Ahnsolution will not be liable for interruption of or delays in transmission of the Service caused by acts of God, fire, water, riots, acts of Government, acts or omissions of Internet backbone providers, or any other causes beyond Ahnsolution’s control.

Fees and charges

The fees and charges for use of our services are set forth on the web site and are subject to change from time to time, notice of which will be posted on our web site which Customers should review periodically. The Customer agrees to pay said fees within thirty (30) days of receipt of such invoice. Customers paying by credit card will have the charge fees debited directly to their credit card.

If a Customer chooses to discontinue the service, an authorized representative of the Customer will notify Ahnsolution on official company letterhead by post or email (admin@ahnsol.com.au) indicating cancellation. The Customer will be responsible for all charges incurred up to the date Ahnsolution receives the cancellation notice. The pro-rata Customer's invoice for a partial month's usage will not be available.

A Customer can request an upgrade or downgrade to their account at any time. All requests need to be sent in writing by email to admin@ahnsol.com.au A pro-rata adjusting invoice will be issued for any changes to user licence numbers except for monthly account downgrades which will simply take effect on the next monthly invoice.

Support Services

Customer service and help desk facilities are provided by phone and email between the hours of 8.30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, Western Standard Time. The target response time for specific queries is within 2 hours. Problems that cannot be resolved immediately are escalated to the development team where our target is to respond to the Customer by the next working day.

Password and Accept Updates

You are responsible for securely managing your password(s) for the Services and you agree to immediately notify Ahnsolution of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

The Services may periodically be updated with tools, utilities, improvements, third party applications, or general updates to improve the Services. You agree to receive these updates.

Restrictions on Use of Software.

You may use the Software only as required to facilitate the provision of the Services to you and you may not duplicate, publish, de-compile, or reverse engineer the Software or use the Software other than as required to facilitate the provision of the Services to you.

Neither the Terms, the right to use the Services, nor the License may be assigned without the prior written consent of Ahnsoltion.

Linked Web Sites

This web site may contain links to other web sites. Those links are provided for convenience only and may not remain current or be maintained. Links to those web sites should not be construed as any endorsement, approval, recommendation or preference by us of the owners or operators of those web sites, or for any information, products or services referred to on those other web sites. Unless stated otherwise, we have:

  • no relationship with the owners or operators of those linked web sites; and
  • no control over or rights in those linked web sites.
